Refund Policy

1. Study Credits

Study Credits are one-time purchases. They do not expire and are used for AI-powered study generation. Study Junkie reserves the published action price before generation, completes the debit only when work succeeds, and releases the reservation if it fails.

2. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund for unused purchased Study Credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used for completed generation are not refundable. Credits granted as an adjustment, promotion, or goodwill credit have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. Failed work and duplicate charges

If a generation fails, its held credits are released. If you believe a completed generation or purchase was charged incorrectly, contact us. We will review the credit ledger and payment record and correct verified duplicate or erroneous charges.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@studyjunkie.co from the account email address with the purchase date and receipt or checkout reference. We may ask for more information to locate the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post them.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. A chargeback may result in a temporary restriction while the payment is reviewed.
